Our company is a new chapter in a long family history of homebuilding. With the active involvement of the former owner of Wagler Homes, Henderson Homes carries forward many of the same values that helped earn trust with buyers over the years: dependable workmanship, honest communication, thoughtful design, and homes built with long-term value in mind.
Today, we build both spec homes and select contract homes. Some buyers come to us looking for a well-planned home that is already underway; others want to be more involved in shaping the layout, selections, and feel of their new home. In either case, our approach is the same: design for everyday living, choose products we trust, and pay attention to the details that make a home comfortable, durable, and well put together.
Being a smaller local builder allows us to stay hands-on. We know the homes we are building, the communities we are building in, and the decisions that go into each project. Compared with larger national builders, that gives us room to be more personal, more intentional, and more accountable for the finished home.
Our goal is simple: to build every home with the same care, honesty, and attention to detail we would want if someone were building for us.
